3PLGUYS TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

These Terms & Conditions of Service (“Agreement”) govern the provision of third-party logistics (“3PL”) services by 3PLGUYS LLC (“3PLGUYS,” “we,” “us” or “our”) to the customer identified on the accompanying Service Order (“Client,” “you” or “your”). By executing a Service Order or otherwise requesting services from 3PLGUYS, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Acceptance
